CERTAINTEES.com respects your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or disseminate your information in any way to anyone. Period. Your email address is used only for the purposes of order confirmation and notification (along with tracking information) that your order has shipped, unless of course you choose to join our specials email list which will periodically notify you of new products and unannounced specials (no third party solicitations, ever).

Order Security

We use PsiGate's state-of-the-art security software to ensure strict adherence to the highest online transaction security standards so you can be confident that shopping with us is 100% safe. Your orders are also encrypted during transmission using SSL technology so you can be doubly sure that your personal information is safe and secure.

Please note: The "locked key" symbol in your internet browser will only come on once you've added an item to your shopping cart, which is secure and encrypted. The product pages are for viewing only; as such they do not need to be encrypted.

SHIPPING

CERTAINTEES tees are shipped UPS ground domestic (5-7 days, approximately $6.49) and international (7-14 days, approximately $12.49).

RETURNS

We scrupulously check the quality of our tees, yet, we also understand that sometimes mistakes are made We will gladly exchange your tee or credit your account, less shipping costs. We also do not refund the donations made to our charity partners. They depend on the kindness and generosity of people like you so they get the money no matter what; we knew you would want it that way.

Products that are unused, unwashed and in excellent condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days if the item is still unused, unwashed and in good condition we will gladly exchange it. Please click here to arrange a pickup.

Please include your receipt or copy of receipt and indicate whether you want to return or exchange. If this is an exchange, please be specific about what you would like instead (size, style, and design).

9. When you place an order with CERTAINTEES, we will estimate shipping for you based on the shipping options you choose. Shipping costs will depend on the shipping method you choose, the shipping address and the weight of the product you purchased. Delivery may take 4 to 6 weeks depending on our volume at the time of your order and the in-stock availability of your items.
    
10. You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by CERTAINTEES within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must keep the original box and ship the item back to us. If the item is damaged, defective or, if due to CERTAINTEES' error, the item is not the item you ordered, then you can ship the item back to us at our expense. To obtain a prepaid return shipping label, contact us by e-mail at returns@CERTAINTEES.com. Prepaid shipping labels may only be used within the United States. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
